in my point of view the best herbals are following:
1. Chamomile
2. Calendula
3. Perforate St John’s-wort (Hypericum perforatum)
4. Garlic
5. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) as for me - very good for liver

The real issue is most people hear about Natural Living but if it doesn’t directly effect them they lack the real motivation.
